Lifeplay ... is a twist on homework where clients play with healing and thriving practices throughout life. A menu of lifeplay options is revised after every session, so clients can adapt or implement as they need. Growth from sessions is powerfully augmented by the lived change between sessions.
Connection ... clients can email, text, or call whenever they need support, have questions, or want to share insights.
Resources ... I provide hundreds of resources and strategies that boost success, developed over decades facilitating adult learning and developing growth-oriented content.
Assessment ... as a former K-12 assessment coordinator, and co-author of Rebooting Assessment, client goals will be mega-smart, monitored regularly, and advanced with feedback.
Prosocial ... inclusive of all identities and situations, such that services are offered on a sliding scale based on financial need. Thriving and support need not be limited by financial means.
